Meet The Founder and President
Danielle Harris is a pastor, author, and public relations expert, which gives her insight into helping church leaders overcome growth barriers while successfully aligning their vision with their marketing strategies. Danielle serves as one of the campus pastors for the New Life Worship Center in Hephzibah, Ga., and she is a Lecturer at Augusta University. She earned her master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Augusta University, received a certification in Leadership Communications from Harvard Extension School at Harvard University, and a Personal Development Coach Certificate from the Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute, an affiliate of the International Coach Federation. She is currently a doctoral candidate at Liberty University pursuing a Ph.D. in Communication.
The Preaching Executive Approach
The Preaching Executive Approach is centered on believing that growing pastors and ministry leaders produce growing churches. We aim to help pastors and ministry leaders identify and overcome their personal and ministry growth challenges, cultivate their church leadership skills, identify their ministry values and goals, and create actionable steps toward achieving them. We are committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for our clients to do their work towards their desired outcomes.
